Eric Baidoo is the co-founder and CEO of ATHERA COMPANY LIMITED. A wholly Ghanaian owned manufacturing company with several business segments. The FOODS & BEVERAGE segments produces nutritious and natural fruit juices and drinks that hydrates and provide nourishment to the body. The PACKAGING segment provides quality receptables for the Chemical and Pharmaceutical industries

Eric is a strategic and integrative thinker with 25 years of extensive global and domestic leadership experience in Corporate finance, Operations finance and Manufacturing management with emphasis in P&L, financial planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, capital expenditures, variable cost productivity improvements, Inventory management, project management, global supply chain operations and Six Sigma.

Eric has led cross functional and cross cultural teams, provided financial and operational  leadership, guidance and business partnering at the highest levels both locally and internationally in America, Europe and Middle East and Asia with multinationals as Intel Corporation, Honeywell Aerospace, ThermoFisher Scientific, Ecolab, Unilever etc that has resulted in optimized manufacturing operations, improved productivity and saved millions of dollars.  

Eric is also a Humanitarian and a Philanthropist and has donated generously to great causes in the health, educational, medical sectors and other social responsibility initiatives in communities in Ghana and the United States.
